![]() ![]() And those of you who don't want to get this game because you loved the original so much, give it a try, you might like it. Overall, "GoldenEye 007" for the wii is amazing, anyone who has a wii and likes first person shooters, get this game now. Bad: Too dark sometimes, minor choppy frame rate (in single player mode), the online mode isn't fun when there is lag. Good: Controls, Graphics, Single player, split screen multiplayer, online mode is fun when there's no lag, voice acting difficulty. Oh and the game is hard even on the easiest setting. The lag could get very bad at times, but other times there was no lag and it was a lot of fun. The online mulitplayer was good, but not great. You chose your character to play as and the weapon that they use, choose how the match will go and the arena, and thats it. The split screen multiplayer was so much fun, it's the best part of the game. Yes sometimes you were given night vision goggles but the darkness could still get annoying. One thing that I don't like was that the game could be dark at times. From what I heard, the levels aren't recreations of the original, so don't expect the exact same campaign. ![]() What I liked a lot about the gameplay was how you had to put a bunch of stealth in it and there would be some running and gunning in it, so the game was never boring. For those of you who prefer dual analog stick aiming, use the classic controller pro and get the game with the gold controller like I did. You could use either the wii mote nuchuck combo, classic controller pro, or gamecube controller. The graphics are good for what the wii is capable of, there is sometimes a choppy frame rate, but it's nothing that will affect the gameplay. ![]() It doesn't take away or add anything to the game, it was just pointless and I wish they didn't change the designs and got the old actors from the movie, but the voice acting was very well done anyway. By this I mean, they got Daniel Craig as Bond and changed all the other character voices and designes. One thing that was weird was the changing of characters. The story follows the movie, mostly, they change some of the locations of some of the events in the movie, and I don't want to spoil anything for people who don't know the plot of the movie. When I heard about the remake, at first I rolled my eyes, but I changed my mind when a friend told me how awesome it was. But hopefully, one day it will come on the virtual console. I have seen the movie GoldenEye (which was awesome), but I never played the original N64 title. A vast arsenal of weapons and gadgets: eliminate adversaries with Bond's signature P99 and an assortment of automatic and sniper rifles, or ensure a surprise attack with proximity mines. The extensive variety of characters, game modes and weapons lets you customize the perfect experience from over two hundred split screen game combinations: forty unique characters: play as your favorite Bond characters and villains, including eight classic characters such as Oddjob, Jaws, Scaramanga, and five other classic characters to be announced. Multiplayer Split screen returns, four players in the same room, on the same screen. Petersburg and investigate the secret jungle base. Infiltrate the dam and destroy the facility chase Ourumov in the tank through the streets of St. Surprise enemies covertly or engage in a full on firefight and use Bond's latest gadget to uncover intelligence in augmented reality as you relive all the classic GoldenEye movie moments.
